Larson Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at https://larson.help and provides AI automation consulting services to small businesses. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. For terms governing the use of our services, see our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
Contact form submissions
When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number (optional, only if you choose to provide it), and the message you write to us. The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers submissions to our email inbox.
Phone calls
If you call us at (724) 978-9990, the call is handled by our business phone service; we may retain a record of the call (number, date, duration, and any voicemail content) to return your call and track the conversation.
SMS / text messages
If you provide your phone number on our contact form and explicitly opt in by checking the consent box, we may send you text messages from (724) 978-9990. We only send SMS after you have opted in. We do not buy or sell phone numbers.
Messages are limited to replies to your inquiry, scheduling or appointment coordination, and occasional service updates related to the work we do together. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Website analytics
The site is hosted on Lovable; standard request logs (IP, user agent, page, timestamp) may be collected by our hosting infrastructure for security and performance. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to your inquiry; to schedule calls or meetings; to send the SMS messages you opted into; to provide and improve the consulting services you engage us for.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Data Storage and Security
Your contact information and messages are stored on private infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to George Larson and any contractors directly involved in serving you. We use industry-standard security practices including password managers and multi-factor authentication.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain inquiry data as long as it is useful for the conversation or engagement and remove it when no longer needed. You can request deletion at any time by emailing george.g.larson@gmail.com; we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
Third-Party Services
- Formspree processes contact form submissions.
- Lovable hosts the website and provides security/performance services.
- Quo (formerly OpenPhone) provides our business phone service.
- Cal.com handles scheduling if you book a call.
InfoAssist (Facebook Messenger Integration)
Larson Consulting LLC also operates InfoAssist, a separate application that integrates with Facebook Messenger; this section applies specifically to InfoAssist users.
When you message InfoAssist via Facebook Messenger we receive message content (text, images, videos, links), your Facebook Page-scoped user ID, and message timestamps.
InfoAssist data is used to organize your messages into structured summaries and action items, generate your personalized daily briefing, and respond with confirmations and clarifying questions.
We do not collect your email, phone number, friend list, or any data beyond what you send to InfoAssist. You may request deletion by messaging InfoAssist "delete my data" or emailing us.
InfoAssist uses the Meta Messenger Platform; your use of Messenger is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
Request a copy of the personal information we hold, request correction, request deletion, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from email by asking to be removed. To exercise these rights, email george.g.larson@gmail.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy; changes are posted here with an updated revision date.
